Clothes create an image. Sometimes that image is positive and other times it is negative. Nudity has no image. We are truly our selves when we are nude. Stockings also provide an image. Usually it is classy, tasteful, elegant and beautiful. Black stockings in particular work well in this regard. The interesting thing about black stockings is that even when the subject is nude they don't actually appear to be nude. Patricia and her black stockings was just a way to show this view.
