We often carry around a lot of baggage. Emotional baggage. Baggage from our past. So many people have issues with their bodies and still have issues from when they where young possibly from being teased. Alesia is carrying her own baggage and this set is symbolic of the baggage we all carry around. I think we should all lose our baggage as should Alesia.
