Coping With Stress Naturally
The nude human body, completely naked, without any clothes, trinkets or decorations, has been the basis or blank canvas for art for centuries. I have spoken before about nudity and how people can see the nude form in many different ways. This time I want to point out not only that we are all nude and not just that we are born this way, but to also point out that it is impossible to be truly offended by the sight of a nude body. That being embarrassed by the sight of nudity, is a learned trait, a construct by our upbringing. When we are children we are happy to run around nude all the time if our parents would let us. So why aren't we the same as adults. Some of us are, but not because we kept that trait, but because some of us re-learnt it.
Every human being including Sarane is totally nude at all times for our entire lives, under the clothing, the masks, the trinkets, the useless manufactured items we are told, and conditioned into thinking are important. Take a look at Sarane. Take a good look. Look past her natural beauty. Look past the fact that she is an attractive woman. Now go take off your own clothes and stand naked in front of a mirror. Take everything off and take a look. The first thing I want to point out is that we are all basically the same. If you are female you will see the very same things you see in Sarane (just very minor differences). If you are male, you will still see almost the same things, with the exception of genitals. Now take a longer look and what do you really see?
If you are very observant, you will see that what you are looking at is the only thing you really need in life. Everything else around you, all the stuff, all the items, possessions, money, real estate, car, everything that you think is yours, is not actually yours. It does not matter if you are possession poor or the possession richest person on the plant. Nothing, but nothing you have is truly yours. It never will be, it never was. Everything when you die, will go to someone else. Everything! What you have, what you think you own, in fact, you are just borrowing for a while. So why do we kill each other over these things. Why do we fight wars? Why do we work our guts out just to buy a TV or a car? Why do we think that watch is better than that other one? They both tell time. Why is a label or name so freaking important? Why do we fall into the trap that THINGS are so important?
That body you are looking at in the mirror is the only thing truly yours. It is the most important and precious possession you have. It is the one things you should look after and take care of. So with all these things in mind, it is mind numbingly stupid, for one person to be ashamed of, embarrassed, or offended, by the site of another nude human being! We are all nude and naked....just get over it.
