Why do we have a dress code? It is just an arbitrary rule that was simply made up. Penelope-Fawn is totally nude under her dress. In fact you can see that while she is wearing the dress. She isn't nude, yet she is. Why do we pretend? Why not just let those that want to be nude....be nude.
