We all have a body. Yet certain parts, like the nipples, labia, vulva, penis, scrotum, anus, butthole or whatever you want to call them, are relegated to a “taboo” zone. We all have them, yet we pretend like they don’t exist. Or at least, think like “I have them, but no one else does”. “I don’t see them so no one else has one. Just me”. We even call them “privates” like it is something secret and naughty. If anyone talks about them or worse still, shows them, then they are a deviant, or an exhibitionist or a pornographer.
They are simply just another part of the human body. They are always there. We all have them. They too come in all shapes, colours and sizes, just like the rest of our bodies. They are just as beautiful as any other part and they should not be treated as evil or bad. Our genitals and all the “private” parts should be treated as any other part. They should be no more private then our hands or mouths, both of which are used daily as a sexual function. Yet we don’t treat them, as bad or try the hide them from everyone. Each time you shake hands with someone, those very hands had that very day, touched their genitals in some way. Think about that.
We are conditioned from birth to treat certain parts of our bodies as terrible and bad. Yet without those, we couldn’t live. It would be like saying lungs are bad or hearts are disgusting. It is ridiculous. Yet that is what we do. Not just do, but behave like it is normal and how it has always been and should always be. It is what we teach the next generation. Now that is just crazy.
