What Makes You Happy?
Life is precious and too short. Live life to the fullest. Do more of what you enjoy. Ignore or avoid people that want to stop you from doing what you love. Life is too fleeting to waste. That is why Kathleen goes nude whenever she feels like it. Her sandy form is an example of doing what you love.
When we are young we live more of life than as adults. Somehow we are conditioned that job, work, money are all that matters. Things like expensive watches, jewels, iphones and brand name clothes will make us happy. That if we mimic those perfect looking advertisements then you have made it in life. That is all a lie.
Think about what makes you happy. What was the last thing you did that made you smile for the rest of the day. Was it sharing the company of someone you like? Was it getting away from the busy city? Eating good food? Pottering around in the garden? Painting? Walking the dog? Working on or restoring car? Whatever it was, that is what you need to concentrate on. Work toward whatever goal that makes you truly happy.
If you’re one of those people that doesn’t know what makes them truly happy, then try new things, go to new places, experience new experiences, because that is how you will find out what makes you happy. Sometimes doing things from your childhood, things that made you happy then, maybe the clue you need to work out what makes you happy. It's not cars, shopping, or gadgets that make you happy. Those are just masks, just temporary pain relievers. Once that wears off like any pain reliever, the pain is still there. You need to address what causes the pain.
Some people worry for the future. Here is a quick fix for worry. Think about the absolute worst case scenarios. Go on think about it right now. What is the worst thing that could happen to you right now. Now think about a solution. What would you do? How would you handle the situation. What would you do to resolve that worst case scenarios? Go on think about it. Have you come up with an answer?
If you have then you have just come up with a solution for the worst thing that could happen to you. You have a workable answer. So why are you worrying again? Once you have a solution for your worst fears, there is no longer a need to worry. You can pursue what makes you happy. We never truly own anything because once we die, everything we own goes to someone else. We just merely borrow things for a while. So why do we spend so much time chasing things instead of happiness?
That is what Kathleen has done for most of her life. She lives the life that makes her happy. She lives the life that makes her healthy. Her health makes her happy. She goes nude whenever she wants to, because being nude makes her happy. Her sandy form maybe a beautiful art form, but it is also a reminder that we come into the world naked and we leave the world the same way. Enjoy life for the limited time you are on this planet and if going nude makes you happy, then go nude more often.
