STRESS - a fairly common word. How many people really understand all its implications? To a scientist, stress is defined as "any action or situation that places special physical or psychological demands upon a person - anything that can unbalance an individual's equilibrium".

Everyday we are exposed to stress, from going to work, making an appointment, paying bills, bad bosses the list goes on.

Miranda demonstrates how you can go from stress to relaxed, by meditation, exercise and stretching. This article will explain other ways to cope as well.

To me, stress means high blood pressure, a red face, frothing at the mouth, bloody fingernail marks in my palms, irritability, frustration, rushing and generally just being a total maniac.
