Just figure-tively (Figuratively) speaking Ember uses her beautiful figure to speak to her audience. Although she doesn't need to be nude to achieve the basics, it is so much nicer and clearer nude than clothed. Think of it this way. If a person speaks to you through a mask do you hear what they say clearly or are they easier to understand when the mask comes off? This is the same idea. It is much clearer nude.
