Ginger Beauty

Another in the satin series. This time it is Aeries with orange satin. I mentioned it before and i will say it again, I love redheads. There is just something so wonderful about hair that is the colour of a sunset or autumn leaves, with pale skin, even freckles. Orange satin to me is the ultimate statement, a very bright bold statement, that redheads are too often overlooked.

Why should blondes have the monopoly for beauty. Why do brunettes have to be seen as dark and mysterious, or red heads as just fiery. Those characteristics are just as relevant in any coloured hair. Also why does tan skin get the "healthy image" or sexy image, but pale skin not. There was a time that no high born person would be seen with tanned skin. White porcelain skin was for the rich, the elite a sign of good breeding. Putting aside outdated social convention, pale porcelain skin can and is just as beautiful as tanned skin. Though over tanned can look like a wrinkled old parchment. Fake tan looks like something from Willie Wonka's chocolate factory (see oompa loompas).

Redheads are undervalued for their beauty, but I think Aeries really does make a fantastic ambassador for red heads all over and steps up to the plate as a reminder the redheads are just as stunning as any other hair colour, especially natural redheads like Aeries..
